<strong>Terms and Conditions
Payments</strong>
The Training Fees can be paid through Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer and In Cash or Checque at any CNCTC Offices. PO and Send Bill Arrangements are accepted subject for approval.
Exam certification Fees are non-refundable and valid within One (1) year after the end of the training. All exam fees shall be forfeited after 1 year.
<strong>Training</strong>
CNCTC, Inc. designs competency based training programs that are proven to be effective in developing the IT skills of basic to advanced professionals. Students should have 100% attendance in class. Any damage to computer caused by negligence on the part of the trainee shall be charged to the trainee. Students may re-sit free of charge on the same course enrolled within 1 year unless there is no significant changes to the curriculum. This is subject to seat availability of a confirmed class 
<strong>Course Rescheduling</strong>
At times, we must reschedule course dates due to not meeting the required minimum number participants or other reasons beyond our control. We will try to give the enrolled trainee as much advance notice as possible of any such rescheduling. If the enrolled trainee would not agree to the new schedule, we will refund 100% tuition for that enrollment. If rescheduling is due to not meeting the required minimum number of participants trainee can opt to get our 1 on 1 training. If Trainee will not opt for 1 on 1 training we will refund all training fees paid.
<strong>Refund / Cancellation</strong>
Cancellations of training should be made 3 working days before the training No Refund/Cancellation of training is allowed once the training has started Refund or Cancellation of training 3days before the start of the training should be made in writing to admin@cnctc.edu.ph
