QUALITY OF TRAINING GUARANTEE
Our 100% Quality of Training Guarantee provides our trainees the best IT Training they have ever participated in. In case our students did not learn anything we will 100% refund their course fees. If in case trainees wish to retake the course, they can do so free of charge for the period of 1 year. They can no longer retake or sit in after 1 year
TERMS OF COURSES
COURSE FEES and EXAM FEES
The course tuition is due and payable before the start of the training except for company-sponsored training paying through Send Bill Arrangement or Purchase Order which is payable within thirty (30) days after the invoice date or the start or end date of the course. CNCTC, Inc provides free lunch to selected courses and free-flowing coffee to all courses. The course tuition does not include travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by our clients.
All Invoices for Purchase Orders can not be modified when the Training already started. Substitutions are permitted in places of participants who are unable to attend the training.
Exam certification Fees are non-refundable and valid within one (1) year after the end of the training. All exam fees shall be forfeited after 1 year. Meaning you lose your money if you do not take your exam within a year.
SUBSTITUTIONS PERMITTED
We welcome the enrollment of a qualified substitute in an enrollee’s place, provided the client notifies us in writing before the first day of the course. 100% of any prepaid course tuition of the original enrollee will be credited to the course tuition fee of the substitute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client or trainee needs to cancel any class less than 7 days before the scheduled start of the class, the client or trainee will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the course fee. If a client or trainees notifies CNCTC, Inc of course cancellation within 7 days before the start of the class 100% of any tuition paid shall be refunded for that enrollment. No Refund/Cancellation of training is allowed once the training has started.
SECURITY
All course participants agree that it will abide by security measures in effect at the course training location.
COURSE RESCHEDULING
At times, we must reschedule course dates due to not meeting the required minimum number of three (3) participants or other reasons beyond our control. We will try to give the enrolled trainee as much advance notice as possible of any such rescheduling. If the enrolled trainee won’t agree to the new schedule, we will refund 100% of tuition for that enrollment. If rescheduling is due to not meeting the required minimum number of 3 participants trainee can opt to get our 1 on 1 training
GENERAL
These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence, and representations. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any enrollment received after the date of the change. This agreement will be governed by Philippines law, without regard to any conflicts of law.
